Step a few short miles outside of town and experience Turner Downs. Our neighborhood consists of varied topography, taking advantage of the open meadows and rolling wooded terrain consistent with the large farms of yesteryear. This former farm has been recreated into a neighborhood consisting of 183 homes featuring quality, local, custom-built homes with attention to character, variety, and placement of homes. This attention to detail has turned our beautiful land into a place residents are proud to call home.

Enjoy all the spaciousness and detail around every corner. Large home-sites all over 1/2 acre in size. Open meadow sites and heavily wooded sites. Acres and acres of common space with streams and hilly terrain, as well as a community pool, are to be enjoyed by all residents of Turner Downs.

All properties in Turner Downs are located outside of the city limits and are not subject to taxation by the surrounding towns of Raleigh, Cary, Garner, or Fuquay-Varina. The roads in the subdivision are maintained by Wake County.
